I was recently gifted Heikala's art box. Needless to say I was excited to use it.

This is my first time trying to do line art on cold-press watercolor paper. And uh.... It's different than what I'm used to in my sketchbook. I've decided to call my line work "charming" instead of "bad" 😀

Anyways, this is my first try painting with inks! Looking forward to getting better at this medium. I definitely need to practice.

Do you ever want to feel like you’re underwater? Where you can enjoy a flurry of activity under the waves and just escape people for a while –a place of peace, awe, and discovery. I think that sometimes we need a small escape in order to handle the trials the world gives us.
