Store Policy

Shipping and Handling:

All orders are shipped via USPS, from my house in the USA, and lovingly packaged by myself 🙂

Fulfilled orders are usually sent to USPS within 1-3 business days, but may be longer if it gets busy.

All orders from the United States will receive email notification with a tracking code once the order has been packaged.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or get in touch with me to inquire about the status of your order.


I do not accept returns at this time.

Damaged or lost merchandise:

  • If your item is damaged: Please email me immediately so I can resolve the issue! In the email, send photos of the damaged item.  You will have 5 business days to bring me the issue.  You will them have 5 business days to ship the damaged item back to me.

Replacement product will be shipped to you after I receive and inspect the damaged item. If I no longer carry the damaged item, I will offer a refund or exchange for equal or lesser value item.

  • If your item comes to you damaged and you are International, please follow the same steps to email me and provide photographs. A refund or exchange will be evaluated and offered depending on the order.
  • If your package is lost I can replace that for you, provided the address given is correct and the package was not lost due to an incorrect address.  I will verify any lost packages before I ship any replacements.

I am not responsible for any packages lost because of an incorrect address, nor do I assume responsibility to replace the lost package.

  • If your package came back to me because of an incorrect address, I will email you about the returned order.  In order to send it out again, I will be invoicing you for you for the shipping. Your package will not ship again until the invoice is paid.

I will not refund packages that are returned to me because of an incorrect address.
